i looked through kols gallery and didn't find a single wb theme that looks anything like this. so maybe this is his own work. eventhough these vista themes are getting freakin old

Of course you will not ever see kol's theme because Microsoft told him to pull it or face legal action as his work was a copyright infringement concerning their soon to be released Microsoft Vista OS, as a matter-of-fact Kol's and Jemaho's theme. That's why you will not ever see it unless some dumbass submit and the skin is not to be redistributed, without permission and permission will not be granted as told to them by Microsoft. The only people that has the skin is whomever downloaded it at the time, and some rapidshare or warez file-sharing groups who really don't care about anything.
The skin is over a year old. You will see skins like it and those try to mimic their style. Kol spent months on this skin tapped into the hidden dynamics in the Windows XP to find the hidden secrets on how Microsoft will make this Vista OS so instead of buying the Vista OS once it is officially made public you can just change your GUI to make it look like Windows Vista.

That is the precise reason why Microsoft banned the skin and not to be redistributed in any shape or form.
This skin is a rip from that original kol theme the only reason da has'nt taken it down yet because it's not Kol's theme and they know that this planetlive did not make this skin. But if Kol resubmitted this skin even under an alias screenname it would be pulled again because what was aforementioned by Microsoft.

I would'nt download this even if I did'nt have Kol's or Jemaho's original theme. I do not take part in any type of piracy be it music, product-keys etc. I respect all artists as that I'm an artist and do not want the same to happen to me.
